We are in a very special and unique period in history. Men and Women have fought for so many kinds of changes that allow the world to be as it is today. It is still not perfect and it will never be because when there is good, there must be evil, just as when there is sunshine there must be some rain. Nevertheless, we are lucky to be in a time where we have numerous people to look up to and take as an example.
You have no more excuses not to be better or improve yourself from any kind of circumstances. We are immensely rich in resources that even if you only put in a tiny bit of effort, you can find some kind of way to where you want to go. Sure, with that comes more competition to actually reach the top but your top does not have to match with everyone else. What satisfy your soul?
This is the time where you ‘HAVE’ to take advantage of life and use it for good!
We have to thank the people before us and even the people beside us for doing the hard work in opening more doors and opportunities for everyone. However, most importantly, we have to have a good mindset of abundance. Most of the time people fear taking an opportunity or taking a leap of faith because they have the fear of failure but also that they lack the mindset of abundance. Look around, when there is no more space people build towers higher. When the forest is lush, the trees can still find their way to grow more trees. There is abundance everywhere, only if you are willing to see.
Technology has made us lazy but also afraid to get our hands dirty. Everyone seems to have the idea of wanting a ‘get rich quick’ scheme. Those never happen and when it does, it is never sustainable. However, mainly, the people who seem to be benefiting from this scheme are the ones who are already privilege and have some amount of wealth that allows them to do a low-effort job for a higher return. Of course, that does not mean that they are undeserving of their reward but it does give others false expectations and unrealistic expectations.
Opportunity is available to anyone who seeks it. Laziness is simply an excuse not to grow and evolve. Life is like a plant. Even if you do not mess within or care for it, it will still serve you and provide you with what you need. You just have to take advantage of the good in order to do more good and therefore spread more goodness to others as well. It is a beautiful cycle to live by.
