Worlds apart but we got to meet.
It wasn’t a spark, it was slow and sweet.
If anyone asks how we came to be.
It is simple, our futures are you and me.

If you look closely at how things come to be, there are no real coincidences in life. The experiences we go through and the lessons we ought to learn are all meant to come into our lives. However, the outcome is not what’s always meant to be. People misunderstood their bad outcome as something that was meant to happen but I think, and that might come from different beliefs but for me, we are all meant to learn and grow and the only way we know we are ready for the next level is when we change our reactions towards that same situation. Making that outcome a change in our life course.

But some things are inevitable, I believe in like soul mates or certain people in your life like your parents and family and even friends are meant to be in your life or any lifetime (as a Buddhist, we believe in rebirth). Certain things are pushed by the universe for it to occur because it is inevitable. And sometimes, you have to experience bad things for better things in the future because that is how you learn to appreciate things in your life. But then again, we all learn differently.

I had a conversation with one of my dear friends and I pointed out that there are very specific actions that allow those specific things to happen. Like if my boyfriend didn’t miss that flight when we first started talking then this whole relationship can never take place. She agreed because her relationship went through the same path. She had mistakenly given her now-boyfriend the wrong number and had he not ask at the right time, that in-opportunity would lead to a different sequence of events that would have prevented them from being together.

If you are someone who believes and is seeking a soul mate, know that in the right moment, even if you might not want it to happen, the universe will provide and allow for it to happen. So the only important thing you have to do is make sure you have learned enough in life to be ready for that great thing to foster because if you cannot prove to the universe that you are ready, it might be taken away from you. Not because it’s not meant to be, but because you haven’t learned what you ought to learn for this greatness to last.

In the end, it’s all in the right time. Not your time but what the universe thinks is the right time for you…
