Whatever question you have in mind, about your life, a decision you have to make, how you are felling, no one knows the answer better than you do but yet in times of need, we become the best liars to ourselves.

Are you ready to be honest with yourself?

Life is full of uncertainty, from the day we came out of the womb and took the first breath, you are now spending your life uncertain of your last breath. Yet, like a book, when you get to the middle and the story gets boring we forget that there’s an end to it and we stop living life. Instead of pushing through, would you put down the book or would you hurry to get to the good part?

Many of us put down the book. But like every story there needs to be a build up in order to reach a new level of excitement. The most important but detailed part of your life might seem boring and slow but it could be the most important part to how you get to the next chapter of your life.

See, the problem with moivng on to the next chapter of our lives is always about letting go of something, having to learn something or making the toughest decisions. And oddly, when face with these challenges, in our fight or flight mode, because its not physical and all about thought process and emotions, we tend to autopilot to flight mode and escape our problems. We then create really good lies to ourselves to why we CAN’T DO THAT or why THAT’S JUST HOW IT IS.

STOP LYING TO YOURSELF.

There’s no one in the world who can tell you how to live your life and if you think they can it’s because you are fooling yourself to believe it.

On the bright side, its not always bad to lie to yourself or be ignorant. If it helps you build up more courage in the future or prolonge something that is bound to happen then I get it. We all need a breather sometimes. But just know that deep down you actually know what to do and is either uncomfortable with it or don’t have the guts to do so.

To you out there who’s ready to move on to your next chapter, I hope this is an enough nudge.
